When scheduling a new color or chemical service appointment, a valid credit card will be added to your file. you will receive a confirmation text or email at the time of booking and 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

In the event that you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, we require a 48-hour notice. If you forget to cancel your appointment without a 48-hour notice, 50% of the scheduled services may be charged the day of your scheduled appointment.

This policy is to ensure all clientele have a chance to secure an appointment with their stylist.
